Spring Break Fly Fishing Trips on Utah's Green River

Spring Break coincides with arguably the very best fishing of the year - the Blue Wing Olive Hatch.  Your kids will have ample opportunities to put fish in hand.  The Blue Wing Olive (BWO) hatch historically is best from late March - early May.  During this hatch the trout gorge themselves on the small insects, providing many opportunities for young anglers to catch multiple fish.  The weather on the river could be 70's or snowing that time of year.  The BWO's prefer the cloudy, rain/snow days and the fishing peaks on those cooler days.

The Green River in Utah is one of the world's premier trout fisheries.  A drift boat trip down the canyon in the Spring is an amazing opportunity for young anglers to learn to cast, mend, hook, & catch trout on a fly rod.  Towering Red Sandstone cliffs, crystal clear water, & thousands of trout per mile paired with patient, experienced guides will make a Spring Break Trip down the Green River an experience your kids will not soon forget!

A Full Day Float Trip for 2 Anglers is $550.  If your kids are younger / smaller we can also accomodate 3 people in 1 boat for an extra $100
