Green River Fly Fishing Report - March 8, 2017

The flows on the Green River will begin increasing daily until 4,600cfs is reached on March 9th.  It will most likely take a few days for the river debris and moss to clear up - but it should begin to fish great again around March 13th.   We still have 200% of normal snow pack in the mountains.  Flows will most likely go up again around April 1st to 6,600 cfs.   We will keep you posted as information becomes available.

The BWO's thrive in oxygenated water so the hatch should be great this year.  Worms and BWO patterns will dominate the fishes diet for the coming weeks.  Wade fishing will be very difficult so plan accordingly.
